Ni-kshay SETU, A digital solution providing support to health care providers in decision making and transforming knowledge into empowerment. This is an innovative and interactive learning tool enhancing the efforts to make TB free India.

The Ni-kshay Setu app is part of the Closing the Gaps in TB care Cascade project, developed by the Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar. Digiflux IT Solutions is the Technological Partner for the Ni-kshay SETU. This project aims to strengthen health systems' ability to comprehensively monitor and respond to the TB care cascade with quality improvement (QI) interventions. This digital solution is one of the key interventions of the project with the objectives to strengthen the knowledge support system of the health staff in TB patient-centric care and program management of the National TB Elimination Program

The Ni-kshay SETU application has recently received media coverage, including a feature article in the Economic Times.

Challenges for the client 🎯
Our prestigious client, consisting of a team of distinguished experts in tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment, has been a valuable ally in the joint mission of the Central Government of India and the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP) to eradicate tuberculosis by 2025. However, they have faced a significant challenge in leveraging technology to enhance their impact. Despite their exceptional skills and knowledge in their field, their inability to develop an app due to the absence of an in-house tech team could impede their progress towards achieving this ambitious goal.

To overcome this challenge, DigiFlux IT Solutions collaborated with the client to develop the Ni-kshay Setu app. Our team of experienced technologists worked closely with the client to understand their needs and goals, and develop a solution that would empower health workers and subscribers with valuable knowledge and resources on tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment. The app's accessibility on Android, iOS, and the web, coupled with its real-time feature, provides health workers with the necessary tools to make informed decisions while in the field. The Ni-kshay Setu app has provided our client with the technological support required to achieve their goal of eradicating tuberculosis in India by 2025.
