The Challenge
TB stakeholders needed a structured platform for innovation registration, review, approval, categorization, publishing, and browsing, with CMS management and visual analytics for program audiences.
What We Built
We partnered with The Union · ICMR · Gates Foundation context to ship a production-ready public-health platform for Public Health. We built a Next.js public website and PayloadCMS admin system on MongoDB. We implemented innovator registration, submission, review/approval, relationship management, and complex categorization. We supported publishing and browsing of 200+ TB innovations for regulators, funders, innovators, and program teams.
How We Delivered
