 Our client sought a way to manage their worldwide team of service engineers responsible for secure dispenser operations, with access limited to authorized personnel. Moreover, they needed a modern web/desktop app with a UI-based interface to program the dispenser units, as manual program loading became an obstacle. We provided a comprehensive solution to meet their requirements and streamline their operations.

Team a holistic solution consisting of an OTP app that exhibited only the assigned dispensers to the service engineers, ensuring secure operations. Moreover, for critical tasks, vendors had to provide a secondary OTP for enhanced security.
