The Challenge
PEC's Trello setup had grown to thousands of cards with complex project, work, parent/child, and revision hierarchy. The firm needed a dedicated ERP that preserved history and became the single operating system for project work.
What We Built
We partnered with Pro Engineering Consulting to ship a production-ready operations system for MEP Engineering · Operations. We started with a React.js and Node.js priority view over Trello data so teams could focus on top and recently updated work. We built a full custom ERP and migrated approximately 4K-5K Trello cards with zero data loss, preserving hierarchy and revision relationships. We continued feature development and support as the ERP became the daily system of record for 100+ users.
How We Delivered
Started with a React.js and Node.js priority view over Trello data so teams could focus on top and recently updated work.
Built a full custom ERP and migrated approximately 4K-5K Trello cards with zero data loss, preserving hierarchy and revision relationships.
Added project management, task and resource planning, live timers with SSE/WebSockets, checklists, role management, client dashboards, FrontApp email integration, and engineering drawing link workflows.
Continued feature development and support as the ERP became the daily system of record for 100+ users.
