A fixed scripting, footage, editing, and moderation workflow could not support short videos, long videos, and project-specific production paths at 3K-4K videos per month.
What We Built
We partnered with The Pianosa Project / Black Milk Media to ship a production-ready operations system for Media Operations. We transformed a fixed production workflow into a configurable system where operations teams define workflows by project type, video type, and deliverable needs. We added task ownership, pending-task visibility, deliverable-wise reports, and dashboards for high-volume media teams. Public wording emphasizes high-volume media workflow. Marketplace-heavy wording is avoided.
